Please don’t hesitate to ask a question if you’re unsure of anything.

Your physiotherapist will introduce themselves and confirm some details. We will ask you questions about your problem and listen to your concerns. We will then assess your problematic area and explain to you what we have found on assessment to diagnose your complaint. Treatment options will then be discussed with you before proceeding.
Typically the first session can take 30-40 minutes. Subsequent sessions usually take 25-30 minutes.
There is free parking outside the clinic.
Please wear loose clothing to your appointment. Bring shorts if your problem is the hip/knee or a vest top for neck/shoulders.
The first session will last up to 45 minutes. Follow up session will be 30 minutes.
We are registered with Major Insurance companies such as AXA, BUPA, Simplyhealth, Vitality, Healix and AVIVA – Please get in touch to see if we are registered with yours and book your appointment.
The first session is £45. Further sessions are £40
The clinic is currently open a few evenings during the week from 5:30-8

We are open on some Saturday mornings. Please book in advance.
